2. What data do we handle?

• The data provided on the quote request form: name, email address, phone number, the subject of interest (services), planned date, location, group size, requester type, optional budget and message.
• Photo and video recordings made during our programs.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We handle your contact data solely for the purpose of providing a quote, keeping in touch and delivering the service, based on your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form.

4. Photo and video recordings

Photos and videos may be taken at events and programs, which we may use for marketing purposes, for example on our website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

If you do not want recordings of you or your relatives to appear, you can indicate this at any time to our staff on site or by email, and we will remove the recording.

5. Storage and transfer of data

We handle quote requests through our email service (Resend and our mailbox). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

We keep contact data after the case is closed or the service is delivered for the period required by law, and otherwise until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

• You may request information about the data we handle.
• You may request correction or deletion of your data.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time.
• You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
