Where do you deliver?
We are based in Miskolc, Hungary, but we travel anywhere in the country. We discuss the exact conditions and travel costs when you request a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 2 to 3 weeks before the event so the date is definitely free, but we try to arrange shorter deadlines too. Just write to us and we will see what we can do.
What is needed on site for setup?
For most services a suitably sized, flat area is enough, and the bouncy castle also needs an electrical connection. We always agree on the details in advance so there are no surprises.
What happens in bad weather?
We have several indoor programs and we handle the date flexibly if an outdoor program cannot go ahead because of the weather. We will find the best solution together.
What ages are the programs for?
We have something for everyone, from the little ones to adults. We show the recommended age for each service, and for family days we put together a package that covers the whole age range.
